Sara has been amazing to work with, she is incredibly knowledgeable of the area and gives helpful directions! The storage areas are kept tidy and are brightly lit. You can really tell she takes pride in what she does. I highly recommend!!!

I bought a couple units on auction. The property manager was very friendly and accommodating when my van broke down and I had to get it towed out of the place. I will definitely be back again.

I had a storage unit with Acorn St. Paul for a year and a half. I stored the contents of a 2 bedroom apartment, including furniture and a 4' x 6' original oil painting. All was stored in an above ground level of the old Saint Paul Post Office, which was super secure, dry and seemed totally free from rodents. I have gone on to recommend this facility to anyone who has asked for a storage referral. 100x better than a ground floor, garage facility I rented from in Woodbury. Sara is also top notch and was always been super quick to answer any questions I had. I wouldn't store my belongings anywhere else if I ever end up needing the service again.

I stored my things at Acorn Mini Storage for several months when I moved out of state. They made it easy, I had my payments withdrawn automatically. I let them know a month in advance(so the payments would stop) when I emptied my unit. When I came back to get my things they were safe, no damages, no bugs. I was treated fairly and with respect. This is my second time using Acorn Mini Storage. The service is always excellent. The space is clean, safe, easily accessible, and affordable. I love how parking is inside and right next to the carts and freight elevator. This is really the perfect storage facility.

It's very convenient, ALL units are heated without additional charge. Prices seem about the same as other storage places i called.

Great deals fantastic services

We were very pleased with the cleanliness, service and security at this facility. The security cameras are everywhere throughout so you can feel confident in both your personal safety and property security at this storage facility. Renting a unit was quick and painless. I highly recommend this for anyone living downtown Saint Paul for the pure convenience of having a little extra space. As a tenant in the Custom House luxury apartments, it was also nice to receive a discount on our unit.

Great location, good facility, and very competitive price. Only downside is limited parking for loading and unloading.
