This is a nice location. The only issue I have had so far is miscommunication. I think if you have an employee that gives a person a "deal", it's not the customer's fault that he didn't know or he made a mistake. I believe in customer satisfaction and then I will handle my employee. That's just from my experience as being in the manager position at multiple companies and running my own businesses. Service besides that have been great.

Prices are comparable to others in area.. I don't like that they changed their hours from 24 hour access to no access 10 pm till 6am but same as most in area. Customer service is better than most so far. I had trouble getting to location and arrived at closing time and they were willing to open back up to get me a unit... 2 reasons for not 5 star review first hours wish they go back to 24 hour access and second place could use a little bit more maintenance and or improvements...

These guys are the greatest! I have stored my stuff here off and on and I have always had the best experiences with the staff. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and so kind! The premises are always clean and easy to get in to. They have an inside bay where you can drive your truck if it is raining. They provide free carts and now they provide free locks! It was always a pain to have to run around to a hardware store to buy a lock! The trucks are always available and clean. The rental charges are reasonable. I have rented many trucks here and have always had a good experience.

At the end of October I came here last minute to rent a truck and they were all reserved, the young lady worked it out so I was able to get a truck and I bought it back an hour early. November 10th, the second time I needed a truck they were all out but the young lady called me as soon as one came in. Even though I had already found another truck, I remember her good service. I don't remember her name but she was really nice, very customer service oriented with a genuine desire to help. Thank you for your assistance, you're awesome.
