Management is real cool as long as you follow the rules and respect people. Night shift guard got weird with me one time but there was a little scetchy situation going on and staff are really protective of the facility.

I set up my rental online which was super easy. after i paid i was given my unit # and gate code. I went to see where things were located such as the elevator and carts. I stopped into the rental office and was greeted by Harold McCowan, the property manager, who was very friendly. He helpped me get all the paperwork signed in under 15 mins. very impressive. He even took time to walk me to my unit. He explained where the security cameras were and how to use the codes to access where i needed to go. after my visit i am sure i picked a good storage location. i was reassured if i have any problems to just call and things will be handled in the fastest way possible. Harold made my visit very satisfying. i'd recommend acorn storage to my friends and family.

They suck its invested they don't appreciate there customers at all and every other place is cheaper skip acorn

A recently came to my unit and I found roden droppings literally over all of my stuff. The woman currently working there 8 /14/ 22 Was less than helpful. And her response to the situation was to move me into another unit that had water damage that has yet to been addressed. I actually had to call someone at the Brooklyn Park location And that woman was very helpful. The rodent droppings weren't really the issue, it was the staff's rudeness and lack of professionalism that was.

I don't personally have a unit at Acorn but I wish I did after witnessing how the Management treats the tenants of the property! Great place and Management actually cares about how the tenants are feeli ng!

Staff work with you on issues

The manager Michael is very helpful and keeps the place clean and is always open to any questions or feedback. He really cares and it shows in his attitude. Many unit sizes, indoor and outdoor I was impressed.

Extremely clean, affordable and well maintained units. Staff was always available to take care of any issues I had. Great place if you need some storage help and would like to always have access to your belongings.

The staff are very helpful, personable, and professional. The place is clean and secure. I was also able to rent a U-haul truck to help with my move as well. Very competitive pricing doesn't hurt neither.

The agent that helped us was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He helped us even though he didn't have to because we showed up right at closing time. The facility was clean and secure.

Oops. This place was one of the first built acorns..certainly an amazing deal for units in which you plan to store things that you would essentially store in a clean garage. Super cheap for large units. Just no climate control as you would find in the newer facilities. The manager was super cool and chill too. 24 hour access is what had me sold. I rented a storage unit a few months ago and have been very pleased with it. It's very clean and organized, has 24 hour access and is well lit. The security is adequate and someone is available to help during business hours if needed. I would definitely recommend Acorn Storage on Lyndale Ave N for storage needs.Prices are reasonable for location.
