Friendly staff. Reasonable rates for climate controlled spaces. I’m a night person, so it’s important to note that the PIN code controlled gates and building doors won’t let you IN after 10:00PM (or maybe 9:59) but you can get out anytime. So if you get your car in, get in the building then bring your own high quality door jam to keep the building door open you can take as much time as you want to unload and Tetris your stuff into the space to your hearts content.

We arrived at noon to pick up our reserved cargo van and the person who had checked it out before us had not returned with it. Monique called them and left a very professional message. I then noticed a bigger truck with a ramp and asked if we could have that instead. She said the price was $29.99. Plus $14 insurance and 0.79/mile. We also had to top up. The rental was for 24 hours, but we could return it at a set time, even if it was after hours. This is a nice setup because they allow you to drop off the trucks after hours, tell you where to park it and not park it and it's not like other locations (looking at you Reddi Rents in Hiawatha!) where you can't just drop off a truck, they make you drive it at 7am the next morning to deliver it to them in person. Such an inconvenience, really! This Acorn location was conveniently located, very reasonable, the truck was clean and serviceable and the customer service was on point. Not to mention, it's a pretty decent price! Final price included an environmental fee and tax and it all came to ~$57.

Staff were super helpful and informative, I forgot her name but she was really nice and personable. Only complaint is that the wood fence seems to be regularly broken down at night and people sneak in. Also the door to get inside doesn't completely latch shut so that is kinda scary.
