Acorn is the only storage facility I will use. I've used different locations with them, but Roseville is closest to me. The Roseville location is always clean, and the employees are super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!

Great facility with easy access and location to freeway makes for a quick in and out. Inside it was super clean. You can be confident your stuff will be in good hands, especially if you work with Kendall. He explained everything and did an awesome job walking me through the layout of the building to make it simpler for me. Nice when someone cares!

We rented a storage unit this last weekend. The manager was super helpful and flexible. He showed us to the unit gave us tips on which doors and elevators are best to use. It was great seeing the sample size units right in the lobby. Definitely went above and beyond to help us select the best unit and plan our use of it.

I needed a temporary place to store my stuff and used Acorn. The manager, Kendall, was very polite and helpful. He was always very friendly when I needed to talk to him. The unit was clean and served its purpose for me very well and the building was always clean. There are plenty of carts to move your stuff and building access was very easy with several keypad entrances around the building.

Very knowledgeable associate there when I went with my daughter and grandchild. Free parking. Good access. Very clean inside. Coffee and water available. Seems reasonable pricing. Well lit area. Former furniture big box stores.

Convenient location. You have a 24hr access option you ask for . Sometimes people steal the carts and that is annoying but management is aware of it. The staff has been friendly and responsive.

Administration is so helpful in explaining the features of each contract to rent , insurance, and to reserve a truck. I just moved from Public Storage , and the main office personnel are so rude.. over issues that need attention. Prices are outrageously ridiculous. One out of 2 managers on site at Public Storage are cooperative. So far this is my first day with Acorn. I'm expecting great results, compared to other storage management.. They offer larger units at a lesser price, plus you can reserve a free moving truck with a storage rental 10'x10' or larger. These are the perks renters need...The only complaint if any, is what there able to offer for insurance.. $12dollars a month at the lowest for coverage of $2500. Your best bet , if you can. Added it on your home insurance policy, or purchase coverage through your car insurance.. Other than that, I recommend " Acorn" be your number one choice..

The unit, although far away from the entrance, was clean and ready for move in. The only thing I would have wished for were better instructions for entry and elevator and cart usage, since this was the first time we had rented a storage unit. We muddled through - good thing our movers were helpful too!

The manager was great and we really appreciated his effort and personality! He really cares that his customers have an easy experience!

It was pretty cheap 2 1/2 years ago, but the price keeps rising AT LEAST twice a year. And now we must insure our items, or buy the insurance they offer. I'm reconsidering how much I need this space.

Fabulous facility. Very safe. Kendall the manager is an absolute bulldog and demands respect from every Tennant which I appreciate. I gave them 2 stars because they raise your rent every nine months. They are absolutely SCREWING ME financially. They told me that the rise is due to "having to pay for the rain water runoff" and "prices are just higher." I've literally not received ONE benefit to paying more than $56 a MONTH over what I started at. IVE ONLY BEEN THERE 2 YEARS. I can't afford to rent a truck and move. It's just extremely painful for a single Mom to be screwed like this with no benefit in return. THEY EVEN CUT THE HOURS LAST WINTER that we can have access to the site. No more 24 hours. It's 6am - 10pm. Your stuff will be safe, dry, warm and clean but you'll bleed for it.

I have been using this storage facility for over two years for my extra items and have never made a late payment. The rates were very good, the location was convenient and it was clean. But, the last two times I have been there, the loading dock area has been absolutely disgusting! There was also a guy on drugs hanging out right by the loading dock door when I arrived. I didn’t even want to step on the ground or put my items on the dock and it is not enclosed for the winter months. I did not even feel safe unloading this last visit. The actual storage units are still nice, but I will eventually be changing facilities due to the current unsanitary conditions of the loading dock and recent rate increases.

U-haul service was poor. Reserved a truck for 24/7 access a month in advance. Showed up at 7:30am per my reservation but wasn’t set up on their end for 24/7 access. Staff person did at least accept fault. Had to wait around until 9am when they opened on a Saturday.

I've called 7 times to set up automatic billing, so I can avoid their late fees, and the insurance they automatically tack on if I don't sending in proof of insurance again, for the second time in 45 days, they have not called me back. Gotta wonder if they just prefer to add late fees and unnecessary insurance fees to my account. This is very frustrating.

Worst storage facility ever. Nothing gets cleaned. They have a serious mouse infestation. Which has destroyed thousands of dollars of my property. Have the insurance through Bader, put in a claim, and they are not letting my claim go through. I have retained council and am to sue Acorn and Bader insurance.. Reviews on Bader insurance are horrendous . They also are not associated with the Better Business Bureau, B.B.B... I'm so angry and frustrated with this issue. Look at photos I am posting.

Do NOT use this storage facility! We had a 10 x 20 unit for just under 3 years. Seemed okay when we first moved our belongings in and by the end of the first year we started to notice mouse droppings inside our unit. Actually saw one running across the hallway one afternoon. By mid June 2024 we finally moved everything out. Absolutely filthy, disgusting knowing the rodents are all over and in your household belongings. We had ZERO food of any type in our unit but apparently others do and the mice have moved in and started reproducing. Also, rates seemed to increase more than once a year.

I wish I could give 0 starts but I can’t! My past experiences with Acorn IGH has been nothing but stellar but this Roseville Acorn is a joke! So many mice and over $200 for a storage unit less than a month, I’m stuck with dead mice near my unit and a stench of dead mice for days! Unbearable and unacceptable!

Apparently this property had a mouse infestation and there were no notifications sent to renters. As I was looking for somethings in my unit. I have discover a dead mouse and so much feces. I have items that are chewed up and pooped on. As I went to see about moving units, I was informed I couldn't move due to owing yet. And I was informed of a price change to the same size unit due to price increased even tho my bill doesn't reflect any price increase. I feel that I should have been given a complimentary move (especially since I informed him I had to pay for my unit in Friday when I get paid) due to the infestation. But instead I have to keep my property in a mouse infested unit

I wish I could give this location no stars! They are over run by mice, hardly ever in the office and their customer service skills are non existent. I guarantee they rely on storage auction airs to. Get rid of the extreme mice problem. they would not even open the dumpster to let me throw away a bag of mice instead. They made me take the bag. Refusing to refusing to give. The depos it unless that bag was gone icky! I'm sure this is a huge health violation and You can be sure I will be making a report about it. This place needs to be condemned.

Loading dock area dirty with trash everywhere. People loitering right there. Not safe for customers. Elevator dirty as well. I have reported this three times now with no resolution, so I am now leaving a review.
