Went to the location in Bloomington MN, and they didn't have what I needed. However, the young lady there was incredibly helpful in locating something at a location close by. Harold at the new location in Eagan was equally as helpful, and I now have a unit that totally fits my needs. Cudos to the both staff members that assisted me!

Traci and the ACORN team at this location are AWESOME! I rented a large unit there for the fishing season. My unit was clean, perfect access for storing my boat and gear, and I never had an issue with the gate access. I'd recommend this spot to anyone in need of storage with great customer service. I've rented at the Acorn Brooklyn Park location for a few years. Tracy is a pleasure to work with. Always professional and very accommodating. There always seems to be a cart available by the entrance that I use (nice!). The hallways are clean and i like the motion sensors lights. The next time I need storage in the north metro I'm going to see Tracy at Acorn!

Tracy was very professional, even greeted us all the entrance! She made our auction win go very smoothly! And too be honest we've bought a lot of storage units at many different facilities and she made this by far the best and easiest to work with! Location and Prices were great, not to mention the Staff. Traci was an amazing help throughout my rental period. She was always there to help when needed and very prompt to respond to calls and emails. I will miss going in to see her. Units were clean and very well lit. I always felt comfortable and secure going to my unit.

Great storage..little bit Expensive as compared to other places. Use the place to store supplies that were donated to our non-profit organization for shipment to help our disadvantaged people in Africa?.. Above all..great area!

Great facility! They have clean lighted units that have secure 24 hour access with the choice between outdoor drive up access (which are not climate control) or indoor climate control units. The options of sizes and price points offer a well rounded option that fits a multitude of storage needs and wants. I'll definitely be recommending them to others in the future.

Staff was always very nice, it is just unfortunate in general that storage places seem to just continue to raise rates for no apparent reasons and the longer you stay the more expensive it becomes until you no longer can stay and need to move to go back to rate that you were getting

The price started off fair. However after the first couple of months the price kept shooting up and up. The storage locker was OK. However when moving out I noticed mice running from one locker to the next. The reason for three stars is only because of the manager. Other then that I wouldn't rent a locker in the future.

It's a self storage place. It's fine. It seems they just changed my access to my stuff from 24/7 to 16/7 which is a bit disingenuous since 24 hour access was one reason I chose them.

Showed up at the store around 2pm and even with the "Open" sign lit up, a hand written note taped to door says " Back at 4:30pm, at other store". Very inconvenient!!!

Convenient and roomy. The cost is the main reason I didn't give a higher rating. I had to sweep it out and clean up a big glob of soap stain in the center of the storage.

Do not use this place. I rented a 10x20 indoor. They get you into a contract at a low rate and then they gradually raise your rate. The manager there doesn’t know how to do her job. She told me I left a Christmas tree in front of my unit when I clearly didn’t. How can I when I was out of town??? Told her to review their surveillance camera before start accusing the unit renter of stuff. Also my monthly payment was on auto pay and the manager still emailed me that I was late on payment and I better pay up. Really??? I’m on auto auto pay and I’m still late?? How is that even possible?? Shouldn’t she question their technology if auto pay isn’t working? Smh. Acorn needs to fire her and hire someone new. And it seems like this manager and all of their employees are always taking break. They always have sign up that they’ll be back in an hour. Then they raised my rent from 180 to 199 in 2021. This year 2022 they were going to raise it to 223.I decided to terminate my contract. Got a new place 10x30 for 175$. Way better than Acorn. And they don’t raise rates. Update 10/4/2022 Traci needs to be replaced. I terminated my contract to be effective 9/30/2022. Unit cleaned out. The notice was sent to them early September and she still sends me an invoice that I’m late on my payment for my unit. Whoever owns Acorn needs to fire her. Please don’t use this place.
