The staff took the time to help me figure out the best unit size for my needs, and they walked me through every step of the rental process. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they made sure I understood everything.

I have been a customer at the Chaska location since 2018. My only complaint is the frequency and amount of rate increases imposed upon a loyal customer. The exemplary customer service from managers Sam and Larry has kept me from moving to a more economical location. Sam and Larry have earned my five star review!

I needed a place to store my camper for a few months, as well as rent a uhaul for two days. Both went without ANY PROBLEMS. Staff (Larry and?) we’re both helpful, courteous and friendly. Oh and available! Thank you for the help. I’m happy!

Solid storage place, the gate always works and the snow gets plowed well. Never a problem getting to my unit.

Rented a unit for a few months in prep for a grad party. Both Sam and Larry were awesome to work with. Good communication, good pricing—loved the option of truck rental, even though we didn’t use it. Easy to access, will definitely rent again—way better experience than others in the area.

Great customer service. I rented a unit only for a short while, but was impressed by the promptness of the responses I had with employees. After I had moved out of the unit and removed my lock, I had forgotten to cancel my lease for the upcoming month. After they noticed this, they called me to let me know that my lease was set to auto-renew in the coming days. I appreciated their honesty, and they didn't simply let the lease renew itself. Great people!

Amazing customer service! Both Sam and Larry at the Chaska location are the best. My daughter had to move quickly out of her apartment because of mold issues. We chose Acorn and couldn't have made a better choice! Easy to work with and fully explained everything to us. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family! Thank you!

The staff over at acorn mini storage in chaska took great care of all my storage questions and made sure the I had the correct one. The price was right on point and my thing where safe. Great place for storage nearby. Always clean & secure. They even provide a lock, keys, and pallets if you need (free of charge). Larry was working most days when I stopped in and he’s very helpful and friendly! I’d definitely recommend!

We have had this storage for over 5 years and have always felt that our valuables we safe. The care from the team and attention to matters was exceptional. The place was always clean and carts were always in good working order. I would highly recommend this place if storage is your need.

Great and very friendly service when I had to rent a u haul truck

I have gotten behind on my rent in the past but even with being behind, the staff have been extremely friendly and very helpful

We have been so very grateful to be able to store our patio furniture and grill over the winter. We had our decks replaced and needed to have a place quickly. Sam was wonderful and made the perfect unit available. Because winter hit before we were able to get the things back out they graciously allowed us to keep the storage unit. Now this spring when we were ready to move my husband was diagnosed with cancer so we again needed to extend and Sam was right there to help us out. This place is clean, safe, secure and very professional. We will use Chaska Acorn Storage again when needed. Thank you and Thank you Sam!

We are having a great experience at the Chaska Acorn Mini Storage facility. The facility is very well maintained, our storage unit was clean and there are plenty of pallets (at convenient locations). But what sets this facility apart is the management staff - just outstanding. That began with my initial phone call and carried through renting a U-Haul (I wish car rentals were that easy) and moving into the unit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Due to my work situation I have had to use storage on multiple occasions over the past several years. I have to say that Trish and the team at the Chaska location have been unbelievable to work with. Being that I travel often it can be difficult to manage but that team always went out of yheir way to assist me. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. I sincerely thank you!

Great service and super helpful through the whole process!

I had a big move from Madison Wi that ran late (my fault) but the folks at Acorn helped me out with getting my truck returned without a bunch of extra fees. The truck was only 20-30 minutes late but uhaul automatically charges you a full day of extra rental. My wife talked with the guy originally but when I stopped in he knew exactly what the situation was and was super friendly and helpful. In a time when customer service comes second, Acorn made it their priority and I will definitely be going back for any uhaul needs. I did not rent a storage unit from them but if I needed one, it would be the place to go as well. It felt super secure and was clean and well taken care of.

I have been renting space for my business at acorn for about two years and have found them to be very professional on how they handle the every day business. They rent a lot of u haul trucks that seems to take a lot of time but still seem to have time for me if I need anything. the other day one of my work trucks wouldn’t start and with in 10 minutes the management at acorn had cables and there personal vehicle to get me started and on my way. Thanks for all the help from the acorn staff. I had done some business with there location in shakopee in 41 and 169 but just wasn’t as good so went back to chaska location. Thanks chaska Acorn

I had a great experience working with this facility last minute. I needed to move a fridge from my garage to my basement and called them to grab a dolly with straps. The manager (Sam) was easy to work with and told me to stop in. Quick and easy process. The fridge is now in the basement. I'll definitely be using these guys for any moving, boxes, rental needs in the future. Thank you!

What a great storage facility. The manager Sam and assistant Larry are both a delight to work with and were super helpful with my boat storage situation. If you are looking for an honest and helpful place to use for storage locally, this is the place. Lots of drive up outdoor access storage and they have boat and RV storage space as well. Never had a better experience in dealing with a storage facility!

I recently rented a U-Haul for moving from Acorn, rented two movers for two hours off the website, and rented short term storage while we are in between Selling our home and buying another. I chose the temperature controlled option which is well lit and very clean. Easy access on street level. They helped us with time sensitive moving needs and were wonderful. I also purchased moving boxes. One stop shopping made our transition easy. Thank you guys!

Sign up was easy and professional. Easy in and out secure location. 5th star is if I had power to keep my batteries charged.

Very nice facility. We use the indoor section and it is well lit and easy to access. It would be nice to have a camera system inside the building though.

Acorn is a good secure location i can say. Cameras all around on the property. The employees Larry and Sam are very friendly and nice. They mind their own business and don’t bother me. The things that are an issue is 1.After renting a unit for 3-4 months my units rent got increased!! WTF if it’s not already expensive. 2. It would be nice if Acorn had 24 hour access. That’s it. I left U-Haul in Burnsville after 5 years NEVER did my rent increase and I had 24 hour access. I’m leaning on going back to U-Haul in the summer. Overall Larry you rock!!!

Employees are super nice, I'll give them that! However....they don't appear to service the garage doors much nor shovel. It's unfortunate that all winter they left snow up to a foot or two deep in front of the doors and you couldn't access. They confirm that is not within their scope to remove it. I would expect them to remove the snow when paying $170 a month on up. The doors themselves do not latch well and are hassle to open and close. Just left without getting my enclosed and had to keep it unlocked ?. No ice pick available. Doesn't help that they are rarely there when most people need to access them in the evening and weekends, and close early. My price just increased as well. I'm hopefully they begin to see this and correct it. Again they are good folks.

Worst customer service ever, the front desk person is not even sure about the store hours and has no interest in helping out the customers , has been a total waste of time and i am never going to rent a uhaul from this place again.

Poor customer relations. Place looks run down. Would not recommend this to anyone for trailer storage.
