Q: Do you have car/boat/RV storage?
A: Many of our stores offer outside parking spaces for automobiles, trucks, boats, and RVs. Please check the locations link for more information, or directly call the site for availability. Automobiles, trucks, boats, motorcycles, jet skis, and some RVs can also be stored in indoor storage spaces.
Q: Who has gate access?
A: All our locations offer 24-hour gate access to customers with current accounts. Key to the storage space and the corresponding gate access code grants customers implied access.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: In our office you can pay by credit card, cash, or check. Additional payment options include the facility's payment drop box or on the website. We also can set up an automatic payment plan that debits your credit card on your due date automatically.
Q: Why won't the gate open?
A: Make certain you enter the "*" (star) key after you enter your security code. If you continue to have problems, it could be an issue with the gate, contact the manager. After office hours, call the office number to contact our call center. You may have been denied gate access if your account is past due.
